Job Description
We are currently seeking a detailoriented and dependable Administrative Assistant to join our team in Orlando FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
Responsibilities
Manage daytoday administrative tasks such as scheduling filing and data entry
Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner
Prepare and modify documents including reports memos and correspondence
Maintain contact lists and organize company records
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Support the team with planning meetings appointments and company events
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a relevant role
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant or secretary will be a plus
