Job Description

The Director Commercial Continuous Improvement is a forwardthinking leader who drives continuous improvement across our Commercial organization and Strategy Deployment 1 (SD1 workstreams. This critical role serves as a key change agent providing both strategic and technical leadership to identify opportunities solve complex business challenges and build sustainable processes that fuel growth.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Lean and continuous improvement methodologies understands the nuances of commercial and sales environments and thrives in a crossfunctional matrixed organization.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead Continuous Improvement for SD1 and Commercial: Support of SD1 initiatives and commercial priorities using Lean tools such as XMatrix Bowler Charts A3 Problem Solving and Kaizen events.
  • Champion the MasterBrand Way: Drive a culture of operational excellence by embedding the MasterBrand Business System into the Commercial organization.
  • Improve Business Processes: Analyze existing workflows measure effectiveness and implement scalable sustainable process improvements.
  • Coach and Mentor: Serve as a handson leader and coach in Lean practices6S Kaizen Daily Management Standard Work Value Stream Mappingwhile developing the next generation of problemsolvers and leaders.
  • Support Strategy Deployment: Partner with Strategy & Business Development leaders to create refine and sustain standard work for core business processes.
  • Drive CustomerFocused Improvements: Maintain a robust pipeline of improvement initiatives aligned with strategic goals to enhance customer experience and grow market share.
  • Measure and Share Results: Leverage key performance indicators to track progress document best practices and share results across the organization.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree required
  • A minimum of 7 years work experience
  • Proven experience leading Lean transformation initiatives
  • Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent qualifications
  • Demonstrated success in driving cultural change and embedding continuous improvement practices
  • Strong project management analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Experience supporting or working within commercial and sales organizations
  • Ability to influence across indirect reporting relationships and lead through others
