Region Account Specialist

ADI Global Distribution is hiring a Region Account Specialist who will increase market share uncover new opportunities and drive the kind of sales that result in longterm customer relationships. This position is not eligible for US visa sponsorship.

What You Will Do:

  • Increase Market Shareby performing sales efforts to convert potential customers to ADI customers.
  • Strengthencurrent customer relationships by supporting customer service efforts conducting followup calls educating customers about new product lines and keeping abreast of new developments in the industry.
  • Proactivelydrive market intelligence gathering uncover growth opportunities and deliver sales wins.
  • Ensure positive relationshipswithin the ADI organization to encourage team sales and create priority service for customers.
  • Implementvarious customer training in order to drive sales growth in assigned territory.

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • 4 years of sales experience: CCTV IP AV technologies Security and Fire:
    • Successful track record of managing and selling in the security industry in a distribution model.
  • Valid Drivers License clean motor vehicle history and a driving record in good standing
  • Excellent selling negotiating and closing skills with the ability to build longterm business relationships
  • Ability to learn quickly process high call volume and think outside the box
  • Strong work ethic do what it takes to get the job done approach while maintaining high business ethical standards
  • Strong customer service organization and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Selfmotivated able to work independently without close supervision and have a team mentality
  • Proficient in Salesforce Excel Word PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Ability to travel per business needs; up to 75

WE VALUE:

  • Significant experience in a Sales/Account Management related field
  • Experience working with Freight Telecom (data or cell) or Distribution
  • Experience working at a Retail Office Supply storeis a plus
  • Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Experience working with highvalue daily spending and a large product profile
  • Experience with large product profiles
  • Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
