About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and customeroriented Administrative Officer for a permanent fulltime role 75 hours a fortnight) at our Rockhampton venue. This role offers an exciting opportunity to coordinate and deliver essential administrative activities while providing exceptional service to our clients. As the face of our organisation you will manage the venues reception area handle administrative support and ensure smooth operations of our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Additionally you will:
Manage the venue reception area ensuring highlevel customer service through facetoface and telephone communication.
Provide comprehensive administrative support including diary management coordination of counselling rooms and maintaining client records in the Client Information System (CIS).
Process financial transactions accurately including invoicing and banking while managing a webbased petty cash system.
Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures and assist with debt management and financial reporting.
Undertake additional duties as directed by the reporting manager to support the overall objectives of RAQ.
About you
To be successful in this position you will have:
Experience in an administrative role and in providing facetoface email and telephone customer service.
Experience with managing challenging customer interactions in a professional manner.
Demonstrated effective time management attention to detail prioritising and organisational skills.
The ability to multitask and work independently.
Advanced interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.

The salary is being offered between $65000 to $71000.00 per annum to be negotiated depending upon qualifications and experience plus superannuation. We also offer our employees as follows:
