Scope:
- 40 hours/week
- Team collaboration via Slack and other communication tools
- Regular interaction with CEO and leadership team
Responsibilities:
- Qualify and warm up leads generated by the lead generation team through cold calling mainly
- Manage handoff process between lead generation and closing teams
- Provide mentorship and guidance to lead generation specialists
- Ensure proper use of sales tools including Instantly AI Buzz AI and Zoom Info
- Maintain active communication and collaboration through Slack
- Report directly to the CEO on sales team performance
- Manage daily sales operations and team coordination
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and workflows
- Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools
- Excellent English communication skills
- Track record of successful team mentorship
- Experience working with remote/distributed teams
- Ability to work fulltime in a dedicated capacity
- Strong organizational and process management skills
- Demonstrated reliability and commitment to attendance
