Description of the role
The Senior Director of Santa Maria Austin will be responsible for overseeing the operations and strategic direction of Santa Maria Hostels Austin location. This individual will play a key role in managing programs ensuring quality services for clients and leading a team towards successful outcomes. The Senior Director will report directly to the Executive Director and work closely with other departments to achieve organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage daytoday operations of the Austin location
- Develop and implement strategic plans for program growth and sustainability
- Supervise and support a team of staff members
- Collaborate with other Santa Maria Hostel locations to ensure consistency in service delivery
- Monitor program outcomes and adjust strategies as needed
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the nonprofit sector
- Strong knowledge of substance abuse treatment programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of successful program management
- Bachelors in a related field; Masters degree preferred
