The VP of Retail Mission:
To spearhead Astrid & Miyus retail growth and brand presence across the United States while leading the team with authenticity curiosity and humility.
How youll drive success:
- Values Champion: Be the guardian of our values across the US ensuring they are deeply embedded in every team and store experience.
- Strategic Retail Leadership: Develop and execute the U.S. retail strategy with a strong focus on successful new store openings and market expansion aligned with our brand Mission.
- Inspirational Team Leadership: Inspire develop and empower highperforming retail teams cultivating a valuesled performancedriven culture rooted in excellence and accountability.
- Commercial & Financial Performance: Drive commercial success by optimizing sales and profitability across all U.S. retail locations
- Operational Excellence: Ensure worldclass retail excellence including services consistency effective inventory management and elevated visual merchandising that reflects our brand identity.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Partner closely with crossfunctional teams to align on priorities share insights and execute strategic plans.
- Business Reporting: Provide clear actionable reporting on U.S. retail performance market opportunities and operational challenges to inform decisionmaking and shape future strategies.
What youll need to thrive:
- Strong track record in retail leadership preferably with a founderled progressive brand in the U.S. market
- Being our values brand ambassador for the US our values resonate deeply with you
- Experience opening stores across the US and happy to travel across states and to the UK
- Ability to inspire and develop highperforming teams with humility and curiosity
- Strong commercial mindset and proven track record of driving growth in new markets
- Strategic thinker with the capacity to anticipate and respond to changing market dynamics
The Interview Process and Candidate Experience
- Intro & Values Chat a 15 min video call with our Head of Talent Acquisition to learn more about you and discuss our core values
- Life Story & Values Interview a 45 min video call with our CPO for you to get know each other better talk through your journey and dive deeper into our core values
- Experience Interview a 1 hour in person interview with our Retail Director to discuss your skillset and experience for the role
- Final Interview 1 hour in person task interview to complete and present to our CEO COO and Retail Director.
