- Answer questions from customers over the phone about their current credit or new financing needs.
- Listen carefully to understand customer needs and offer the best solutions.
- Build trust and create longlasting customer relationships.
- Spot opportunities during calls to offer helpful financial options.
- Manage customer files accurately following all procedures and safety rules.
- Work with integrity and keep customer information secure.
