This is a remote position based in the UK.
What Youll Be Doing
The main role of the Team Leader is to assist the Fincrime Manager in guiding and developing remote team members. This includes focusing on investigations and transactional monitoring in a financial crime role. Your success will be reflected in your teams overall performance satisfaction and wellbeing.
Responsible for leading a team of 8 FinCrime Officers remotely
Develop team members through coaching and meetings
Ensure team members have personalised development plans
Build relationships with key internal stakeholders
Use data to ensure timely task completion
Pursue FinCrime courses for personal development
Were Looking For
Financial crime experience is essential onboarding through to investigations
Meticulous attention to detail required
Make bestjudgement decisions confidently
Care about team and individual development
Minimum 1 year management experience needed
You use data to reach the best customers quickly

Interview Process
First stage: 30 minute intro and values call with Talent Partner (Video call)
Second stage: 45 minute CV overview with Team Managers (Video call)
Final stage: 60 minute overview of experience and leadership fit (Video call)
