Human ResourcesOversees all Human Resources functions of the company through effective management of the Talent Development Manager and the HR team. Focuses on employee satisfaction and retention and collaborates with the Executive team to make recommendations on employee programs and course correction. Ensures compliance with all federal state and local employment laws. Responsible for the development and management of employee policies. Assists the management team to find and hire qualified employees and/or individual subcontractors (for staff augmentation) by managing the companys recruiting programs and procedures in conjunction with the Talent Development Manager. Manages the performance appraisal and performance improvement programs. Responsible for managing the compensation program and monitoring industry salary ranges to ensure competitive base salaries. In collaboration with the management team ensure documented position descriptions are developed updated and maintained. In collaboration with Directors and appropriate Vice Presidents assists in addressing personnel issues. Accountable for the companys employee training program in collaboration with the Talent Development Manager. Oversees the companys onboarding and exit processes. Responsible for the evaluation and renewal of the companys health and welfare benefit plans in collaboration with the Vice President of Business Operations. Responsible for office management for all offices including furniture fixtures supplies and amenities. Manages and leads the Talent Development Manager & other Human Resources team members to ensure the following programs are successfully implemented enhanced and executed: - Recruiting

- Employee Onboarding Screening Programs (drug testing/background checks)
- Client site required screening for existing employees shall be the responsibility of Director of Projects and Embedded Services as part of the Safety program.

Facilitates regular meetings with Human Resources team to discuss KPIs programs operations issues and develop strategies for course correction as needed. Human Resources Staffing - Staffing
- Continually evaluates workload and effectiveness of HR team members and adjusts resources as needed for the company.
- Responsible for the recruiting screening interviewing and hiring of new employees for positions reporting to the Director of Human Resources.
- Responsible for the management of written position descriptions for management positions in the HR lane.
- Orientation and Training of HR team members.
- Career Planning and Development
- Responsible for development and of individual training plan for the HR team in collaboration with the Talent Development Manager.
- Ensures that HR team receives necessary training regarding Standard Operating Procedures and Company Policies.
- Identifies and ensures potential formal and informal training required for the HR team.
- Provide employee recognition and reward accomplishments for personnel in the HR lane.
- Understand direct reports career objectives and interests and assist the employee in reaching those goals.
- Monitor and provide regular performance feedback for direct reports.
- Provide formal performance reviews for direct reports in a timely manner.
- Develop manage and monitor Performance Improvement Plans for direct reports when needed.
