Are you ready to play a pivotal role in revolutionising how financial advice is delivered Join our dynamic team at 5 Financial and make a real difference in the lives of our clients. Were looking for a highly organised detailoriented and financesavvy individual to join us as a Client Services Manager (CSM) in our Rhodes office.
About the Role:
As a CSM youll be an integral part of our team providing essential administrative support to our financial advisers. Your exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail will be instrumental in gathering the information required to create financial plans and managing the administrative tasks involved in implementing advice. Youll also be the first point of contact for our clients ensuring they feel confident and well taken care of throughout their journey with us.
In this role your responsibilities will include:
Building strong and trustworthy relationships with clients through effective communication.
Ensuring accurate and efficient implementation of investment strategies and financial plans.
Collaborating with our financial advisers to deliver highquality financial advice that exceeds client expectations.
About You:
To excel in this role youll need to be highly organised bright and detailoriented. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills along with a polished and professional demeanour will be crucial in providing exceptional client service. Additionally were looking for the following qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to work independently taking initiative and anticipating the teams needs.
Proficiency in following established processes while also contributing suggestions for continuous improvement.
RG146 compliance and a minimum of 12 months experience as a CSM.
