How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW
Under the coaching of the Direct Category Managers in charge of the Europe Procurement strategy the Junior Buyers contributions will be the following:
Analysis of new procurement categories in order to identify synergies at European level
Crossfunctional management of Standardisation/design to cost/Total Cost of Ownership projects optimisation of the CDC in conjunction with the technical team with a view to reducing costs as far as possible.
Participation in the definition of the categorys strategic orientations
Contribution to the launch of calls for tender analysis and negotiations with the suppliers on the panel
Implement and monitor action plans with European subsidiaries
Development of tools indicators PowerBI iAnalyse and/or Excel summary reports
Are you a MATCH
Training at Bachelors/ Masters degree in a business/ engineering school is required. Best case with a Procurement specialization.
Affinity for numbers and negotiation
Project management
Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
Mastery of the MS Office package particularly Excel

Ability to make proposals

Autonomy
Travel might be required depending on the profile.
Language: Fluent and conversational English is a must. Good German skills are an advantage. Fluency in a second language is a plus.
