As the Senior Manager Student Recruitment (Onshore Graduate) at the University of Melbourne youll be at the forefront of shaping the universitys graduate student population. Youll have the opportunity to develop and implement universitywide recruitment strategies collaborate with diverse stakeholders and drive initiatives to attract highquality domestic and international students. Your role will directly impact the universitys student acquisition targets and enhance the graduate study experience making this a key position for those passionate about higher education recruitment and student success.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead Recruitment Strategies: Develop and implement an integrated universitywide recruitment plan for domestic and international onshore graduate students.
  • Manage Flagship Programs: Oversee operations of Graduate Degree Programs collaborating with various university departments.
  • Drive Diversity Initiatives: Contribute to widening participation plans to diversify the domestic student cohort.
  • Foster Stakeholder Relationships: Build strong collaborations with faculties marketing teams and international recruitment agents.

You may be a great fit if:
You are a strategic leader with extensive experience in student recruitment or communications and marketing in a large Australian higher education institution excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills and a passion for enhancing student diversity and success in graduate education.

You may also:

  • Have a relevant postgraduate qualification with management experience in student recruitment.
  • Demonstrate previous experience in student recruitment and/or selection within tertiary education.
  • Show proven ability to develop and deliver organisational plans in complex environments.
  • Demonstrate data literacy and analytical skills translating insights into actionable reports.
