Job Description & Summary: Senior Data Modeler and Insurance SME
Responsibilities:
Very good communication skills ability to manage senior and diverse group of stakeholders.
Ability to identify an idea and convert it to business propositions.
Innovative and structured approach for problem solving.
Experience in managing large teams (more than 5 resources) and strategic accounts.
Flexibility related to multitasking and travel.
Passion for business development and growing the strategic accounts selfmotivated to take ownership and accountability.
Very good knowledge of Data involved in Insurance value chain. (Preferably Life Insurance)
Hands on experience of working in Data warehouse data lake Data product creation for domestic or International Insurance companies (Preferably Life Insurance).
Experience of creating Enterprise level Data Model (Preferably in Life Insurance domain) or design of specific data products in Life Insurance Industry
Ability to gather BI requirements and design wireframes for reports and dashboards.
Strong Understanding of ETL SQL concepts and experience in discovering data lineage by going through existing stored procedures
