An experienced Senior Sales Negotiator / Lister is sought for this highly successful independent Estate Agency for one of their top Kent offices based in Ashford.

The perfect candidate will currently be working in the estate agency industry in residential sales and have a winning grasp of the sales process listings and valuations as well as an excellent personal sales record and a comprehensive understanding of what great customer service means.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic articulate ambitious with previous experience in residential property sales and specifically be capable of spotting business opportunities.

Most importantly the candidate will have strong local connections or a history of having worked previously in the Ashford area.

• Previous residential sales experience
• Excellent sales ability
• Listing and valuation experience
• Articulate and with excellent interpersonal skills
• High level of customer service skills
• Great telephone manner and positive attitude
• Exceptionally wellpresented ambitious and selfmotivated
• Superb local knowledge of Ashford and surrounding area
• Full Driving License essential
• Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
