Job Description
Status: Full Time Salary
FLSA Classification: Exempt
Summary of Position: State Director is responsible for the overall administration and oversight of all programs within their assigned regions or state. They are responsible for the provision of participant services personnel management and budget management.
The State Director ensures all positions adhere to current job descriptions provides direct supervision to the Program Directors and ensures overall budgets are met documentation follows regulations and all billing and collections are managed effectively and efficiently. They are responsible for the development of additional programs statewide and business relationships with the referring authorities and state officials.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelors degree required; Masters degree is preferred.
- State Licensure (LPC LCSW LMFT etc. is required.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in youth services community programs and program development.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in management and in a supervisory role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Requires reliable transportation valid drivers license and current automobile insurance coverage
- BiLingual/Spanish speaking is a plus.
