Role Summary:
As the PMO/Delivery Head you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects and programs. Youll lead and manage multiple engagements working closely with clients project teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Lead and oversee project management activities ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and implement project plans monitor progress and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless project .
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes.

Delivery Management:
- Manage client relationships understanding their needs and expectations.
- Ensure highquality delivery of services meeting or exceeding client expectations.
- Monitor project performance metrics and take corrective actions as needed.
- Champion best practices in project delivery.

Resource Allocation and Optimization:
- Allocate resources effectively across projects balancing workload and skillsets.
- Optimize resource utilization to maximize productivity.
- Mentor and guide project managers and teams.

Financial Management:
- Monitor project budgets track expenses and manage cost control.
- Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Identify costsaving opportunities and drive efficiency.

Risk Management:
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Proactively address issues and escalate when necessary.
- Foster a riskaware culture within the organization.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration Computer Science Engineering).
- Proven experience 14 years) in project management delivery and client engagement.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
- Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
- PMP PRINCE2 or other relevant certifications are a plus.
