We are working on behalf of an Am Law 10 firm to recruit a Senior Manager of Client Experience and Strategic Development to create and implement initiatives that will foster client development for the Firm. Reporting to the Director of Client Experience and Strategic Development the Senior Manager will be both strategic and tacticalwith a laser focus on key clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Key Client Service Teams: Develop and implement standardized client team processes toolkits and service standards to strengthen relationships with key clients.
- Client Listening Program: Gather analyze and act on client feedback to improve service and deepen relationships.
- Client Experience Strategy: Work with leadership to define and execute a global client experience strategy embedding best practices and training lawyers to ensure a consistent highquality client experience.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Partner with marketing inclusion pricing learning & development and knowledge management teams to align client initiatives with firmwide goals.
Credentials and Expertise:
- Educational Background: A bachelors degree is required; an MBA or JD is a strong plus.
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years of business development marketing or related experience including at least four years of direct personnel management.
- Strong writing proofreading presentation and critical thinking abilities with experience presenting to management and peers.
- Experienced in handling confidential information with discretion and maintaining effective collaborative working relationships.
