Job Description
The Strategic Project Manager will be responsible for leading and executing high-impact initiatives that align with the Clients expansion strategy. This role demands a proactive individual with sharp business acumen strong project management expertise and the ability to drive cross-functional execution in a fast-paced evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives including scopingplanning implementation and post-execution reviews.
- Define project charters critical milestones and success metrics in alignmentwith enterprise goals.
- Translate corporate and expansion strategy into actionable project roadmapswith measurable outcomes.
- Engage with executives department leads and external partners to build buy-in foster accountability and ensure transparent communication throughout project lifecycles.
- Monitor risks interdependencies and resource constraints to ensure project delivery remains on track.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in business administration Project Management or related field.
- 8 years of project management experience with a strong track record of delivering strategic or transformation projects.
- Proven business acumen with ability to analyze commercial challenges identify opportunities and translate them into practical initiatives.
- Experience working in or alongside consulting firms (Big 4 strategy firms) is a strong advantage.
- Experience managing or supporting M&A-related projects is an added advantage.
- Project Management Certification (PMP Prince 2 or other relevant certifications) is mandatory.
- Strong communication stakeholder management and analytical skills.
