As a Talent Development & Culture (TD&C) Specialist youll have the opportunity to pivot into the People Team from another part of the business and bring a fresh perspective to how we connect recognize and grow our people.

In this role youll help deliver learning engagement and recognition programs that reflect our values and unite our global teams. Youll support content creation internal communications stakeholder coordination and program deliverymaking a real impact on employee experience while growing your skillset in HR and culture.

Responsibilities: 

Program Coordination & Delivery

• Support the delivery and coordination of learning programs such as onboarding recognition initiatives Values Champions and engagement campaigns.
• Own logistics and program components such as scheduling content preparation invitations and followups.
• Ensure materials are timely polished and aligned with Turnitins tone values and brand.

Content & Communication Support

• Draft and format internal communications related to learning culture campaigns and employee events.
• Help bring Turnitins values and employee value proposition (EVP) to life through stories recognition spotlights and inclusive messaging across internal platforms (Slack Happeo newsletters etc..
• Help maintain templates visuals and messaging in collaboration with Comms and the People Team.

Data Feedback & Program Insights

• Track program participation and feedback to support continuous improvement efforts.
• Maintain content trackers resource libraries and metrics dashboards in partnership with the team.

Stakeholder & Team Collaboration

• Collaborate with Culture Leaders and Communications to support event planning and message alignment.
• Ensure coordination across time zones and functions reflecting our remotefirst globally inclusive approach to employee experience.

Qualifications :

• 3 years experience in talent development HR L&D Communications or a similar role.
• Strong communicator organizer and collaborator with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects coordinate stakeholders and meet goals.
• Comfortable working across teams and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Skilled in gathering and analyzing data that drive insights and action.
• Takes initiative and brings creative inclusive ideas forward.
• Experience in a global or remote work environment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and followthrough.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Google Workspace or similar tools.
