Communicate Effectively: Share exciting content about our culture and engagement efforts across platforms.
Collaborate: Partner with HR and management to align initiatives with business goals.
Improve Continuously: Monitor program success and suggest enhancements based on data and feedback.
Designing engagement and strategy: Should be able to plan visualize and design engagement a and strategy
MustHave Skills:
6 years of experience in HR or a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A creative mindset and a passion for improving workplace culture.
