Tops and Trends Inc. the leading certified automotive Restyler in the Southeast is seeking a highly enthusiastic outgoing and motivated administrative team player for our Raleigh offices customer service team.
Tops and Trends provides automotive dealerships and retail consumers a comprehensive array of products and services including leather interiors power sunroofs vehicle electronics convertible top and sunroof repair truck accessories automotive commercial and marine upholstery electronic repair window tinting graphics and more.
Successful candidates will bring a can do attitude and be well organized efficient and able to multitask. Strong communication and problem solving skills along with proficiency in Microsoft and Google suites are required. Candidates should have an exceptional work ethic and accountability and the ability to provide high level customer service and satisfaction. 3 years of prior customer service experience or equivalent required.
