Job Description
Your tasks include the following responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Developing and implementing the overall strategy for radarbased ADAS software solutions aligning with company goals and industry trends
- Technical Leadership: Leading the design development and deployment of advanced radar software ensuring high performance and reliability
- Organizational Setup: Building and structuring the software development team fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
- Driving innovation and continuous improvement for our radar products
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Mentoring and developing team members
The position can be staffed in different locations within Germany.
Qualifications :
- Academic Degree in Computer Science Electrical Engineering or comparable qualification
- Proven longterm experience in software development for radar and ADAS systems
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Indepth knowledge of radar technology and its applications in ADAS
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C Python and MATLAB
- Business fluent English language skills (written and spoken) German language skills desirable
- Experience with software development tools and methodologies
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
