Precision Imaging Centers is seeking a PRN MRI Technologist for our brand new Orlando FL outpatient imaging center. This is an asneeded position offering flexible scheduling based on coverage needs including potential weekend and weekday shifts. This position has the potential of becoming a hybrid remote/onsite role utilizing the ROCC (Radiology Operations Command Center).

Position Overview

This PRN MRI Technologist role involves performing highquality scans ensuring patient safety and comfort and working collaboratively with clinical teams to support exceptional radiologic care.

Essential Job Functions

• Perform MRI scans using advanced outpatient imaging systems
  

• Position patients ensure comfort and educate them on procedures
  

• Prescreen for safety concerns contrast allergies and contraindications
  

• Monitor image quality and repeat when necessary for diagnostic accuracy
  

• Participate in quality assurance equipment maintenance and safety checks
  

• Support a strong clinical team and mentor technologist assistants as needed
  

Qualifications

Required:

• Graduate of Radiologic Technology program
  

• Florida Radiography license
  

• ARRT certification in MRI
  

• BLS certification
  

• Venipuncture experience
  

• Minimum 1 year of MRI experience
  

Preferred:

• ACLS certification
  

• PACS/RIS proficiency
  

• Multimodality experience
  

• ROCC experience

Skills & Competencies

• Strong MRI safety and imaging knowledge
  

• Excellent patient care and communication skills
  

• Ability to work independently in a fastpaced outpatient setting
  

• Attention to detail reliability and teamwork
  

Physical & Work Requirements

• Able to lift up to 100 lbs. and assist patients without restrictions
  

• Flexible availability for PRN scheduling (may include days evenings or weekends)
