What you will do:
Serve as the first point of contact for all Workplace management matters in Mauritius
Manage all aspects of Workplace operations inclusive of space management inoffice experience collaborating with our health and safety officer visitors and security maintenance vendor management and local events.
Ensure key stakeholders in region and globally are kept well informed of all Workplace management operations
Drive strategic change in region for the Workplace management area to ensure operational excellence
Report on KPIs and SLAs across region
Team management (in person and remotely where necessary)
Work on office renovations and/or relocations
Budget management
Operate in line with all Checkout Procurement policies
Manage third party vendors ensuring SLAs and KPIs are developed and regularly reviewed.
Collaborate with the wider Workplace team on global initiatives and strategic projects.
Administrator of the Workplace Service Desk ensuring globally set SLAs are met by team.
Qualifications :
About You:
Demonstrable experience as a Workplace/Facilities management professional in a fastpaced global startup environment
Solid understanding of building compliance and relevant legislation
Intermediate proficiency with Excel Workday and Google Apps
Great interpersonal skills and ability to interact and communicate with influence
Proactive and solutions focused
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Strong vendor / contract management skills
Ability to handle administrative details independently while exercising good judgment in keeping team members and stakeholders informed
Handson always ready to roll up your sleeves and go above and beyond for the team
Excellent written and communication skills
