Job Description
This is a remote position.
Work Schedule: Flexible hours up to 20 hours per week. 1 hour weekly meeting between 92pm EST)
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a growing brands digital presence and help shape their social media strategy from the ground up. Youll have the creative freedom to develop and execute engaging content across multiple platforms while working with premium wellness products that make a real difference in peoples lives. As the key driver of social media growth and engagement youll collaborate directly with leadership to create compelling campaigns manage community engagement and develop strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and sales. This role offers the perfect blend of creative expression and strategic thinking with the opportunity to significantly impact the companys digital footprint and growth trajectory.
Responsibilities
Spearhead the development and of comprehensive social media strategies across Facebook Instagram and LinkedIn
Create and schedule daily engaging content using Loomly platform ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging
Design eyecatching graphics and create engaging video content using Canva and similar tools
Manage and grow online communities through active engagement and timely response to messages 35 hour response time)
Execute email marketing campaigns through Omnisend including strategic customer segmentation and targeted messaging
Develop promotional materials and landing page graphics for marketing campaigns
Transform podcast appearances and other content into engaging social media formats
Identify and coordinate strategic partnerships with influencers and complementary businesses
Track and report on key performance metrics working toward specific growth targets
Support the of marketing promotions and special campaigns
Requirements
2 years proven experience in social media management and content creation
Demonstrated proficiency with social media management tools (Loomly or similar platforms)
Strong creative skills with Canva and basic video editing capabilities
Experience with email marketing platforms and customer segmentation strategies
Excellent copywriting abilities and strong communication skills
Proven track record of growing social media following and engagement
Understanding of current social media trends and best practices
Ability to maintain consistent brand voice across all platforms
Selfmotivated with excellent time management skills
Experience in wellness health or natural products industry a plus
Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple priorities
Available during EST business hours
