Roles and Responsibilities
Understand products and services offered by HISEC and be able to articulate Its functions.
Responsible for prospecting qualifying and generating new sales leads depending on the service we sell in the market.
Generate leads for staff augmentation to develop business from different sources like LinkedIn and other social media or communities.
Achieve Sales targets customer acquisition and revenue.
Create industry projections and estimates for future sales.
Build mentor and manage a team of presales executives that generate a high volume of new leads in a rapid manner and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
Reach out & make a sales pitch to the customers (on phone/virtual demo/facetoface as situation permits)
Handle inbound inquiries and convert such leads.
Identify crosssell opportunities and action them.
Help customers in onboarding and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Receive customer feedback and accordingly share inputs with product teams for improvement.
Maintain highest standards of integrity and commitment.
Highly experienced sales personal in International Business development.
Must have Experience in IT Industry or Recruitment/Staffing Industry.
Understanding of sales process & lifecycle.
Proven records of exceeding sales targets.
Proven ability to showcase products through demos to business owners and get their buyin.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Ability to practice good CRM hygiene by keeping up to date records of customer interactions deal stages etc.
Strong presentation skills.
Highly motivated ambitious enthusiastic and passionate with willingness to exceed targets.
Qualification required minimum 5 years of industry experience.
Additional B2B sales experience is a bonus.
Salary: Best in the industry 10 to 20 LPA)
