We are actively seeking an experienced reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team!
Our client is a wellknown national company in the Plumbing Industry. We are currently looking for an experienced Customer Services Representative to join their team located in a brandnew premises in Yennora NSW.
Reporting to the General Manager you will be responsible for improving the overall sales and administration efficiency and effectiveness of Silver Water Plumbing
The hours for the role will be8:00am16:30pm Monday to Friday

Your duties will include:
- Lead Silver water customer service team as per company procedures
- Schedule jobs in an efficient manner whilst balancing this objective against the customers needs
- Ensure a minimum of 5 homes safety audits /inspections are booked weekly
- Assigning accountabilities planning monitoring conversion rates and appraising job results.
- Promote & enforce adherence to company policies and procedures by all team members
- Be accountable for ensuring customer complaints are dealt with immediately and resolved within a time frame
- Ensure daily reports are submitted within agreed timeframes
- Complete analysis of reports to identify trends and potential problems
- Greatly contribute to optimising output of the team to complete tasks and perform in an efficient manner
- Taking inbound jobs and converting enquiries to jobs for our service team
- Working closely with dispatch team to schedule technician to jobs within booking time frames
- Multitasking being on the phone for most of the day handling both inbound and outbound calls whilst attending to general administrative tasks.
- Making outbound calls for quote followsups and ensuring clients are satisfied with our service
- Keeping clients informed about when parts will arrive and setting expectations for a job installation
- Maintaining strong relationships with technicians team members and clients
Requirements
The Customer Service Administrator position is one of leadership reporting to the General Manager and is responsible for a wide variety of activities including Leadership & Mentoring to the customer service team.- Call centre administration ad hoc experience preferred (minimum 12 months)
- A confident bubbly attitude as you will be the first point of contact for the company
- The necessary skills and knowledge to provide leadership in a service environment
- A strong knowledge of the plumbing industry with the ability to manage all task assigned and carry out all ad hoc duties relating to this position
- Maintain a minimum conversation rate of 7080 of total inbound calls
- Meet all objectives of the current job description as per guideline of duties above
