Vacancy: SALES NEGOTIATOR / SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR Residential Estate Agency
Location: Deddington OX15
Salary: OTE 35k
Position: Permanent Full Time
We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator who would like to work for a friendly market leading independent property services company in the Deddington area.
The role in question would suit a candidate who can sell and who closes deals well while delivering exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Estate Agency and be animated ambitious proactive selfmotivated and have an excellent ability to build and maintain business relationships with the clients.

Skills required for thisSales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator (Estate Agency) role will include:
- Previous residential sales experience essential
- Excellent (proven) sales ability
- High level of customer service skills
- Superb telephone manner and positive attitude
- Wellpresented ambitious and selfmotivated
- Knowledge of the local Deddington area helpful
- Full Driving License essential and own car essential
- A thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
