ONSITE SHIFT MONFRI 8AM 5PM.
Summary of role:
We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Program Manager to oversee and coordinate multiple projects related to divestiture work. The individual should have a strong background in project management excellent leadership skills and the ability to drive crossfunctional teams towards achieving project milestones.
The Candidate
Demonstrated ability to lead crossfunctional teams manage stakeholders and drive projects to successful completion.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a track record of identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
5 years of experience in program management project management or a related role preferably in a tech environment.
Flexible and able to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
Meticulous attention to detail ensuring highquality deliverables.
Collaborative mindset with a focus on building strong relationships and fostering teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the of projects ensuring they are completed on time within scope and within budget.
Engage stakeholders ensuring their needs and expectations are met and facilitate regular communication and updates to them.
Develop solutionbased approaches to project issues and customer relationship management.
Identify potential risks develop mitigation strategies and monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead continuous improvement efforts in all aspects of the project management team.
Prepare and present regular project status reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Track program costs and provide monthly reporting.
