Job Description

Introduction

Company in Johannesburg is looking for a Community and Content Marketer to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Coformulation & ideation and documentation of community/ecosystem initiatives and content
  • Drive collaboration initiatives within the community/ecosystem
  • Creation and nurturing of an engaged ecosystem & community of the companyusing the CRM database of previous inbound enquiries
  • Cultivate an ecosystem/community where the company& Entrepreneurs can connect share and benefit from impactful content tools support services
  • Focus on understanding the communitys Psychographics tailoring content and strategising for growth via conversions
  • Create the customer segmentation value proposition marketing mix and content assets to convert the Company& Entrepreneurs within the ecosystem/community into new customers
  • Engage with the available systems & platforms for optimal results
  • Have experience in lead generation & conversion as well as experience in using CRM systems to manage and track leads
  • Ensure a highly effective consistent and datadriven success tracking
  • Have experience in data analysis and the ability to use data to inform and improve lead generation and conversion strategies
  • Develop and implement lead generation campaigns tracking and analysing lead data and continuously improving lead generation and conversion strategies from within the companys ecosystem including CRM database of previous inbound enquiries
  • Meet Key Performance Indicators including the main goal of converting a percentage of the CRM database of previous inbound enquiries into qualified leads per month that ultimately results into a quantified number of new clients per month

Requirements:

  • Marketing related degree
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
