Job Description
Join our dynamic team atEUROPEAN DYNAMICSas an Associate/Senior Associate Accountantand play a crucial role in supporting the financial and operational accounting activities of the Group internationally. Working under the guidance of a Senior Accountant you will provide valuable support in the preparation of financial statements of international companies that adhere to regulatory and accounting guidelines. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the companys accounting and financial processes meet established standards promoting accurate financial reporting and effective control. What youll do:
- Support most aspects of accounting management (invoicing journal entries account reconciliation reporting etc.;
- Support monthend and yearend close processes ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data;
- Assistance in the preparation of financial statements in compliance with official international guidelines and requirements;
- Participate in preparation for the annual statutory audits of the groups companies internationally;
- Review the companys accounting information to identify and resolve inaccuracies or imbalances;
- Utilize accounting IT system to facilitate processes and maintain records.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field;
- 46 years of relevant professional experience ideally in a multinational environment;
- Excellent command of English both written and oral; a Second language (preferably French or German) will be considered as an asset;
- Solid knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and regulations;
- Solid knowledge of accounting and financial processes (budgeting financial closure reporting etc.;
- Working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software (e.g. Navision SAP etc) 23 years of relevant professional experience;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Detailoriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity;
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced international environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
