- Should have min4 yearsof experience in Sales segment. i.e : Personal Loan Salaried Loan .
- Finance with team management abilities.
- Should able to develop the business in targeted area with the use of skills strategies and experience.
- Should be able for recruitment as per the requirement and able to provide Training.
- Required strong local market knowledge.
- DSA Channel Experience is must
