Job Description
Amazon MGM Studios creates and produces original films and television series for a global audience. Leveraging technology and our catalogue of original Movies and Series AMS is uniquely positioned to succeed in providing by taking advantage of Amazons vast scope including AWS retail gaming and publishing to create immersive entertainment experiences across multiple platforms. Our vision is to be the most technologyadvanced studio and the entertainment home for talent and customers.
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager (Technical) to join our Studios Technology team in Culver City CA leading our AI & Insights product suite that support our creative and executive partners. In this role you will collaborate with program design applied science software engineering teams and key stakeholders including Production Post Production Accounting Finance Music and more to build implement and scale critical software solutions that power and inform our Studios workflows.
The ideal candidate has experience managing applied AI solutions with humanintheloop interfaces to validate data including domain specific benchmarks to measure performance as well as complex data landscapes with a strong understanding of data analytics and architecture. You will drive the AI and data insights strategy defining best practices and optimize customer workflows and datadriven business decision making.

Key job responsibilities
Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for AI products in Studios business workflows
Define features write business requirements and create product architecture and workflow documentation
Provide datadriven product recommendations and evaluations of solutions
Partner with business stakeholders scientists engineers program/project managers and designers to deliver products and features
Measure and drive customer adoption and business impact
Influence strategic direction science and engineering priorities and business decisions
Collaborate with partner technical teams to successfully integrate AI solutions into new or existing workflows
Balance tradeoffs between time effort and features to optimize outcomes
Work with product and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges
Lead product discovery workshops deep dives and user acceptance testing
Support leadership updates for WBR MBR and QBR in collaboration with strategy teams

Via tooling automation and AI we support five key stages in the Studios Production Lifecycle: IP & Rights Content Production Sales & Distribution Financial Management and Studios Operations. We serve thousands of AMS employees and creative and executive partners across development acquisition legal programming strategy internal and external production postproduction visual effects localization delivery marketing sales licensing finance accounting and operations.
4 years of end to end product delivery experience
5 years of technical product or program management experience
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Bachelors degree
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience managing technical products or online services
Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executivelevel prioritization and planning
Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235200/year in our highest geographic market.
