Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble & lead matrixed crossfunctional teams comprised of scientists engineers operations quality assurance etc. responsible for all operational aspects of drug substance manufacturing.
- Gather required project plan inputs to develop maintain & execute crossfunctional manufacturing plan for assigned products.
- Track & hold team accountable for measurable actions.
- Present project status to management & stakeholders at scheduled management update meetings & client steering meetings.
Qualifications :
Education & Experience
Must have a Masters in bio(chemical) engineering life sciences or other scientificrelated disciplines and at least 3 years of experience in positions related to pharmaceutical process development project management engineering/process support manufacturing. Of experience required must have at least 3 years of experience with:
- Working across functional lines and/or with external clients to facilitate the resolution of complex scientific technical analytical and business issues;
- Utilizing Pharmaceutical/biologics manufacturing processes QA QC and engineering.
In the alternative AbbVie would accept a Bachelors in bio(chemical) engineering life sciences or other scientificrelated disciplines and at least 5 years of experience in positions related to pharmaceutical process development project management engineering/process support manufacturing. Must have at least 5 years of experience with:
(i) Working across functional lines and/or with external clients to facilitate the resolution of complex scientific technical analytical and business issues;
(ii) Utilizing Pharmaceutical/biologics manufacturing processes QA QC and engineering.
Experience may be gained concurrently. Will accept any suitable combination of education training or experience.
Additional Information :
Salary Range: $140517.75 $197000.00 per year.
