What you will do
- Steering and managing the corporate and product strategy and its implementation
- Conducting indepth market and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities ensuring ONIQ remains at the forefront of the industry
- Identifying and establishing strategic partnerships and alliances as well as managing existing partnerships
- Drive ONIQs growth through business development initiatives and strategic operational support of the Sales team
- Support investor relations and funding efforts in close collaboration with the founders
What we expect from you
- Enthusiasm drive for entrepreneurial spirit and the ambition to take an active role in building a fastgrowing startup
- Profound understanding of the requirements and challenges of the manufacturing industry along with the ability to derive strategic objectives for both the company and its products
- Several years of experience in any or several of the following: Production Management Business Development Consulting Entrepreneurship Product Management or similar
- Experience with B2B SaaS products and/or lean manufacturing is a bonus
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to oversee prioritize and effectively balance a wide range of different and often competing requirements
- Strong academic record and Masters degree or PhD in Engineering Business Administration Sciences or similar
- Excellent language skills (English and German C1
- Willingness to travel to client meetings or industry events occasionally
