Job Description

Advertising Account Team Lead Spain & Italy

About the role

As a Team Lead in the Spanish & Italian Advertisers Account Management team you will be responsible for driving advertiser success at scale. This solution oriented commercial team both onboards new clients and continuously drives expansion of existing ones across multiple verticals. We are currently looking for an experienced digital advertising professional whos interested in a playercoach role leading a team of 3 AMs collectively engaging 100 accounts and owning a $30M a year quota.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed the teams quarterly revenue & new business targets.
  • Supporting team members with identifying and capturing upsell opportunities as well as effective pipeline management.
  • Hire onboard and continuously coach a team of Account managers servicing 50 accounts each.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for resolving issues that require cross functional collaboration in a timely manner
  • Deliver fortnightly reviews of the Spanish and Italian book of business calling out high value opportunities and roadblocks.
  • Lead cross functional initiatives to boost the teams productivity and operational excellence. This will include working closely with sales sales operations BI and marketing partners.

Requirements

  • Professional or native Spanish speaker with exceptional communication and presentation skills in English (and Italian as a plus).
  • 1 year experience formal people mgmt role (salary planning hiring performance review)
  • 4 years of clientfacing experience with a strong track record of commercial success.
  • Strong qualitative problemsolving skills and proficiency in reporting tools such as Tableau Looker and Qlikview.
  • Proven history of successfully influencing peers and crossfunctional (XFN) partners.
  • Demonstrated operational excellence orientation with notable achievements and impact at scale.

Additional skills and experience that would help you be successful in the role

  • Handson experience with campaign management or media planning $100K budgets across any of the following channels : Google Ads Facebook Snap CriteoTaboola or Outbrain.
  • Handson Experience working with any of the following measurement platforms: Google analytics adobe analytics Visual IQTealium AppsFlyer Adjust
  • Experience working with advertising agencies and a strong network in Spanish / Italian region preferably.
