Job Description
- Sales Assistance: Quotation / Project Proposal Support
- Sales Cycle Management: Support sales activities to keep track of processes along sales cycle (SO creation & management)
- Responsible for forecasting report response to customer inquiries and key internal stake holders with a sense of urgency
- After sales support technical liaison between partners and sales engineer/ business unit (Warranty Repair)
- Be responsible for answering all sales support emails acknowledge and address customer concerns
- Contract management generate business correspondence (Commercial / Frame contracts / documents...
- Customer management (Creation Credit Change) & W.O release (Increase credit release OB)
- Be active on constructive feedback among the team strong mind set for continuous improvement process
- Adhoc tasks and act as the single commercial facility contact (support the broader sales function)
Qualifications :
- Graduated student major in Economics Supply chain Logistics or International Business
- 1 2 year experiences
- Experience in sales order management / logistics planning / customer services
- Microsoft Excel Word Power analysis and digitalization skill is a plus
- SAP / ERP wellawared and used is preferable
- Strong communication skills
- Result and streamline oriented
- Strong attention to detail work ethic willing to learn
