We are currently searching for a ServiceNow Admin:
Responsibilities
- Design develop and modify the ServiceNow Service Portal to enhance user experience and functionality.
- Analyze existing ServiceNow configurations and provide recommendations for optimization and best practice implementation.
- Implement ServiceNow best practices in alignment with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) guidelines.
- Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform ensuring its stability and performance.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows forms and business rules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow issues.
- Stay uptodate with the latest ServiceNow releases and features.
Requirements:
- 4 years of handson experience as a ServiceNow Administrator.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist IT Service Management (CISITSM) certification.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
- Proven experience in designing and modifying the ServiceNow Service Portal.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices and OEM guidelines.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Languages
- Advanced Oral English.
- Native Spanish.
