Job Description

Cross ALM is an agile innovation-driven company specializing in the digitalization of business processes. We collaborate closely with leading enterprise clients across the Atlassian SAP and ServiceNow ecosystems emphasizing teamwork ownership and continuous development.

Tasks

Implement and further develop ITSM modules in ServiceNow

Take full ownership of customer projects from requirements to go-live

Collaborate with an agile and interdisciplinary team

Design and optimize ServiceNow solutions tailored to client needs

Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users

Requirements

Solid experience with ServiceNow especially in configuring and customizing ITSM modules

Understanding of ITIL processes and ideally relevant certifications (e.g. ITIL Foundation)

Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Proficiency in English
