Job Description

Your Role:

The Head of Business Excellence plays a critical role in elevating operational performance and ensuring the successful of strategic initiatives within Allergan Aesthetics Brazil. This leader champions Business Excellence initiatives to enhance the effectiveness profitability and growth of sales while driving customer engagement transformation.

 The role involves key functions as Pricing Strategy Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Sales Training Business Intelligence and Data Management to support both tactical and strategic decisionmaking. Responsibilities include driving improvements in SFE the adoption and utilization of VEEVA CRM business analytics and insights generation sales incentive design multichannel customer engagement strategic/key account management and the enablement of commercial capability development including the implementation of new gotomarket capabilities.

 

 As a trusted partner to the sales team this position is instrumental in aligning commercial results with brand strategy.

 The employee must conduct their work activities in compliance with all relevant laws regulations and regulatory guidelines as well as all AbbVie policies and procedures.

You will be responsible for:

  • of Pricing Strategy:
    • Implement competitive pricing strategies that maximize profitability and market presence.
    • Utilize data analytics to inform pricing decisions and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
    • Ensure the implementation of commercial policies guaranteeing compliance with distribution agreements and commercial policies. Support on projects that that relate to commercial strategy customer experience channel selection and that include elements of pricing discounting and supply.
    • Identify and mitigate risks and opportunities relating to pricing and commercial policies.
  • Operational Excellence in Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE):
    • Drive sales force effectiveness initiatives. Track and manage sales force performance drive corrective actions for relevant SFE KPIs conduct territory alignment initiatives ensure optimal sales force size and structure for business develop capability strategies for future portfolio needs and drive the implementation of alternate gotomarket models.
  • Segmentation & Targeting:
    • Research develop and define the strategy to profile segment and target AA customers manage the implementation of projects identify and communicate best practice and measure success of approaches. Set direction for sales management that will ensure sales force effort is targeted to highest value customers aligned with business strategy. Run projects to identify optimal and code compliant coverage of key business accounts and target customer groups to maximize the impact of the sales teams.
  • Sales Training Focused on and Results:
    • Develop and implement training programs that equip the sales team with the skills to execute effectively and achieve targets.
    • Continuously assess and refine training methodologies to ensure alignment with business objectives.
    • Implement commercial competency frameworks as per international strategy to drive sales & marketing excellence improvements.  Ensure the development of a curriculum and capability development plans supported by the commercial leadership and sales management teams.
  • CRM & Business Intelligence as a DecisionMaking Partner:
    • Provide relevant insights and analytical support to sales and leadership for both tactical and strategic decisionmaking.
    • Facilitate the adoption of business intelligence tools to improve decision accuracy and operational adaptability.
    • Take responsibility for defining and leading sales efficiency indicators (KPIs) through appropriate analysis and support leaders with the implementation of metrics to assist with productivity & efficiency assessment.
    • CRM manage & drive adoption of evolving CRM tools (VEEVA).  Own training and education to ensure compliance and rive productivity and multichannel capability improvements.
  • Sales Incentive Operationalization
    • Shape Sales Incentive Plans ensuring that local SIP policies and structures are aligned with International communicated understood managed and implemented incountry.  Drive SIP guidelines implementation to ensure competitiveness motivational impact and drive desired behavior across countries.  Evaluate SIP health on a continuous basis to ensure alignment to principles of SIP policies.
  • Excellence in Data Management and Governance:
    • Maintain high standards of data management to support accurate and timely decisionmaking.
    • Lead efforts to enhance data quality and ensure accessibility enabling efficient operational processes.
  • Partnership with Sales Team:
    • Work closely with the sales team to guarantee operational excellence in in SFE commercial objectives and brand strategy.
    • Act as a strategic partner to ensure sales efforts are supported and optimized for success.

 


Qualifications :

Prerequirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Operations or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering insights that guide strategic and tactical decisions.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with a focus on implementation and achieving results.
  • Fluent in English
  • Seasoned Solid and consistent Proven experience in Business Excellence Commercial / Sales Operations or Commercial Excellence leadership roles focusing on within the pharmaceutical Aesthetics or healthcare sectors.
  • Executionoriented leader with a strategic vision and a collaborative approach.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills capable of delivering actionable insights.
  • Effective communicator and influencer skilled at partnering with crossfunctional teams.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Proven ability to ask the right questions to elicit the true business needs and understand how to most effectively support them
  • Strong analytical and consultancy skills and business acumen
  • Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Experience in Sales Coaching and Outcomes based selling exposure to/experience in training design & delivery
  • Ability to drive change regardless of ambiguity.
  • Takes charge inspires and get things done.
  • Dynamic proactive and flexible personality.
  • Superior written and verbal presentation skills
  • Selfstarter attitude and track record of seamlessly executing quickly on complex projects with minimal guidance.
