Our client is seeking a Lead Qualification & Email Marketing Specialist to drive lead nurturing automation and sales enablement. This role is critical in managing incoming leads identifying sales opportunities and optimizing email marketing efforts to generate qualified prospects.
In this role you will:
Manage and qualify inbound leads to ensure they meet the necessary criteria before handing them off to sales.
Engage with unqualified leads via strategic email outreach and nurturing campaigns to gather insights and move them toward qualification.
Analyze lead activity identify key buying signals and supply sales with actionable insights to accelerate deal conversion.
Develop implement and optimize email automation workflows to improve efficiency and response rates.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to establish repeatable processes outreach templates and CRM tracking for streamlined lead qualification.
Leverage marketing automation tools and CRMs (HubSpot ActOn Apollo) to track lead interactions manage campaigns and report on performance metrics.
Continuously improve the lead qualification process ensuring scalability automation and alignment with overall sales and marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications :
35 years of experience in sales email marketing or lead qualification (B2B preferred).
Proficiency in CRM & marketing automation tools (HubSpot ActOn Apollo).
Strong understanding of email outreach strategies and lead nurturing.
Ability to analyze engagement metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
Experience working with technical products or SaaS solutions is a plus.
Proven ability to collaborate across teams and drive marketingtosales alignment.
