Job Description

This role is all about qualifying inbound leads and using email marketing & automation to nurture them until theyre ready for sales. The goal is to identify highvalue prospects engage them with targeted email campaigns and provide sales with key insights to close deals.

Our client is seeking a Lead Qualification & Email Marketing Specialist to drive lead nurturing automation and sales enablement. This role is critical in managing incoming leads identifying sales opportunities and optimizing email marketing efforts to generate qualified prospects.

In this role you will:

  • Manage and qualify inbound leads to ensure they meet the necessary criteria before handing them off to sales.

  • Engage with unqualified leads via strategic email outreach and nurturing campaigns to gather insights and move them toward qualification.

  • Analyze lead activity identify key buying signals and supply sales with actionable insights to accelerate deal conversion.

  • Develop implement and optimize email automation workflows to improve efficiency and response rates.

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to establish repeatable processes outreach templates and CRM tracking for streamlined lead qualification.

  • Leverage marketing automation tools and CRMs (HubSpot ActOn Apollo) to track lead interactions manage campaigns and report on performance metrics.

  • Continuously improve the lead qualification process ensuring scalability automation and alignment with overall sales and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Qualification & Sales Support
     
    • Manage and assess high volumes of inbound leads to determine qualification criteria.
       
    • Communicate directly with leads to gather essential insights and determine salesreadiness.
       
    • Develop personalized and automated lead nurturing campaigns to engage prospects at various stages.
  • Email Marketing & Automation
     
    • Create and execute strategic email sequences to educate nurture and convert leads.
       
    • Optimize drip campaigns based on engagement data A/B testing and response rates.
       
    • Monitor and adjust automation workflows to enhance performance and conversion rates.
       
  • CRM & Contact Database Management
     
    • Utilize HubSpot CRM ActOn and Apollo to track lead interactions and streamline handoff to sales.
       
    • Maintain and update lead scoring models to prioritize outreach efforts.
       
    • Generate datadriven reports to evaluate lead nurturing effectiveness and recommend improvements.
       
  • Marketing & Sales Collaboration
    • Work closely with sales teams to identify highvalue accounts and key decisionmakers.
       
    • Monitor trends in inbound leads and customer behavior to refine marketing tactics.
    • Provide insights and feedback to marketing teams on content effectiveness and engagement.

Qualifications :

  • 35 years of experience in sales email marketing or lead qualification (B2B preferred).

  • Proficiency in CRM & marketing automation tools (HubSpot ActOn Apollo).

  • Strong understanding of email outreach strategies and lead nurturing.

  • Ability to analyze engagement metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).

  • Experience working with technical products or SaaS solutions is a plus.

  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams and drive marketingtosales alignment.
