Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to build enablement tools (battle cards demo-flows) run internal briefings and ensure high-quality lead experiences using platforms like Web-flow and Mailchimp.
Lead go-to-market strategies for new features and regional roll-outs aligning messaging with actual product delivery.
Capture the voice of the customer through win/loss analysis sales call insights and competitive research to inform strategy and roadmap.
Support lifecycle and activation with onboarding flows email sequences in-app nudges and experiment-driven user journeys.
Inform roadmap prioritization through ICP trends and demand signals
Influence packaging/bundling strategy for different markets
Serve as internal editor-in-chief for how Cybervergent tells its product story
