Continuously maintain factbased perspective on the China market competitive activity and performance. Adjust market/product strategy and plans to influence / meet changing market to ensure the organization is pursuing the most promising and valuable business opportunities.
Build and maintain relationship with the BU at headquarter especially provide strategic input and market analysis to influence Global decision and planning.
Participate/represent China at the regional and global level together with BU GM and China General Manager
Lead the business planning in China
Ensure strong collaboration between marketing and sales in China
Lead strong collaboration with clinical customers and KOLs
Part of the Management Team to contribute business decisions
Build and lead the marketing team in China create clear roles in team Acts as a role model and coach for team members within the team
Qualifications :
Education and Experience
BS/BA in business marketing or health sciences; MBA preferred.
Extensive Marketing experience min. 10 years.
Essential Skills Experience and Competencies (includes Licenses Credentials)
Experience in setting a compelling commercial direction and build strong plans together with sales leadership and adjusts course fast if needed
Strong analytical skills
Track record to gain share in highly competitive market
Leadership experience from similar position including build a strong stable team
High level culture awareness and quick adaptability.
Understands how to translate global direction in to local business activities and initiatives.
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
