As an Account Manager you will be the main contact for our will build relationshipswith your team and clients while assisting them with customer service and ensuring their needs are met. You will have continuous learningand development opportunities to work towards your career goals.

Your job responsibilities as an Account Manager:

As an Account Manager you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the service they need to properly manage their insurance policies. You are the facilitator of positive and effective relationships with our valued clients and insurance carrier staff. As the pointofcontact you will assist the team by managing a book of commercial accounts including marketing to carriers preparing quotes and proposals quickly responding to policy inquiries (email phone) maintaining renewal controls on expirations and binders checking policies/endorsements/audits for accuracy and maintaining accurate and organized account files.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent from fouryear college or university preferred
  • Prior property and casualty account management preferred
  • Experience with Epic or other insurance related software preferred
  • Ability to acquire and maintain approved accredited program designation preferred
  • An equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience may be substituted in lieu of minimum qualifications
  • State property and casualty insurance license or ability to obtain required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player with a great attitude selfmotivation and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong communication interpersonal multitasking and organizational skills
  • Must be thorough detailoriented and is responsible for working with confidential information
  • Ability to accommodate immediate requests perform under short deadlines and coordinate multiple jobs
  • Ability to function independently with supervision
