The Role
We are seeking an experienced and professional Senior Medical Receptionist to join our dedicated team at Skin Integrity Skin Cancer & Cosmetic Clinic on a casual basis.
This position offers approximately 2 days per week with the flexibility to cover sick and annual leave. Our current opening hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm and Saturday from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm.
As a Senior Medical Receptionist you will play a key role in assisting in the smooth daytoday operations of our clinic you will be responsible for:
- Warmly greeting and assisting patients
- Scheduling appointments and proactively coordinating the appointment book
- Accurate data entry of patient information
- Processing payments
- Managing phone and email queries
- Assisting in tidying up consult rooms
- General administration duties as required
Qualifications & Attributes
- Previous experience in an administrative/reception role within the Healthcare industry or similar is essential
- Customerfocused with a commitment to patient care
- A strong team player who contributes to a positive work culture
- Approachable reliable and dependable
- Excellent communication skills professional presentation and positivecando attitude
- Previous experience in administrative/reception roles
- Sensitive in your approach when dealing with patients
- Authorised to work in Australia
- Current National Police Certificate
