Your Role
As a handson Development Team Lead you will be responsible for both leading a team of engineers and actively participating in the development of highquality software solutions. Your role will involve guiding the team through technical challenges fostering a collaborative and innovative environment and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. You will leverage your expertise in Python .NET and AWS to build robust and scalable solutions while mentoring your team to achieve excellence.
Responsibilities and Impact
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers providing technical guidance and support to drive project success.
- Actively participate in the design development and maintenance of software solutions using Python and .NET technologies.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define design and ship new features.
- Implement best practices for software development including code reviews testing and documentation.
- Utilize AWS services to build scalable and robust cloudbased solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends and apply them to improve existing solutions.
What Were Looking For
Basic Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Software Engineer with a strong focus on Python and .NET development.
- Extensive experience with AWS services and cloudbased architecture.
- Solid understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools.
- Knowledge of database technologies both SQL and NoSQL.
- Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate.
- Proven experience in technology team management including leading and mentoring teams to drive project success.
