The Operations Finance organization is seeking a proactive customer service obsessed and teamoriented Executive Assistant to support two Finance Directors based in our Bellevue office. This role will be required to be in office 5 days per week.
This role requires attention to detail organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines and juggle multiple critical requests across internal and external stakeholders. The Executive Assistant needs to be comfortable in a fastpaced goalfocused environment while maintaining flexibility a sense of humor and composure.
Key to the position is the ability to be organized understand business priorities and to anticipate needs proactively while also serving as another go to for all members on this team. In addition the ability to have a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company is critical. The role requires ability to complete complex tasks quickly with little guidance react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround and take effective action without having to know the whole picture.
Key job responsibilities Manage complex scheduling for two senior leaders Organize prioritize and appropriately handle timesensitive confidential information and ensure action required is addressed in a timely manner Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on action items Work with the leadership team recruiting and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization Contribute to longer term Finance team projects & programs Document writing editing and readiness Ensure accurate archiving of departmental data on appropriate sites Manage domestic and international travel as needed Have fun at work and help others do the same!
5 years of senior level leadership support or 3 years of Amazon experience High school or equivalent diploma Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Experience leading process improvements Experience in a fastpaced hightech company Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
