About Nubank
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Learning Specialist to join our growing tech team. You will be responsible for designing developing and delivering impactful learning experiences that empower our tech community to excel. This role is crucial in building a strong foundation for our technical talent (talent from Engineering Design Product Data Science and Business Analytics areas) ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to drive innovation and deliver exceptional results. We have a technology hub based in Durham USA where our technology teams are instrumental in creating increasingly better products for our customers where we have operations. Our work model is hybrid and has cycles that can be from two to three months according to the business of this position there will be two trips to Brazil per year with the remainder of the work conducted remotely.
