Dematics Global Software Organisation provides intelligent warehouse software to a range of highly automated and innovative distribution centres and warehouse environments. Our software allows our customers to control a wide range of automated processes giving them realtime visibility of their overall operation.
As a part of the Software Support Team in the UK you will be providing 2nd level support to our customers and assisting them with resolving issues that require a solutionorientated approach. For this position were seeking those with experience working in a similar software/IT support role with the ability to support the team with the oncall requirements.
